Changmin is a gamer and is one of the first to purchase a new interactive video game that is sweeping the nation. However, upon donning the helmet, he enters into a virtual world that he cannot escape unless he beats the game.  At first, he is desperate to clear the levels to free himself from his virtual prison, but upon meeting Seohyun, the princess of the world inside the game, reality seems far less appealing and instead of defeating digital enemies day in and day out, he spends his days with her.  Slowly, his memories of the real world fade into nothingness and the only world he knows is his virtual one with Seohyun.  Excused from her duties as princess upon her own request, Seohyun purchases a small cottage with Changmin in a meadow where they live a peaceful life, Seohyun cooking the game Changmin catches, watching the stars, and wandering through forests hand-in-hand. In the end, he makes the choice to shed his humanity and be transformed into computer coding so that he can live forever inside the game with his princess.
